1st thing you need to do is get your bodyfat down.. 21% is way to high. Anything under 15 is decent. Under 10 and you're really in control of your diet.. 12% @ 175lbs would be a great starting weight but if you could do that naturally then keep going naturally with out gear until you hit a plateau

Ok so first get my bf% down, gain better control of diet, maintain bf and gain weight?
What are the risks of using gear with my stats? I see a lot of guys with my height/weight ratio and less in first cycle posts, not arguing with you though, a lot of these seem very uninformed, a large majority seem to be in UK boards not sure why.
I know this has gone of topic now, i plan on working out my squat/bench/dead/ohp max, and get threads going in the proper forums, but cheers for the advice!
