no iv not been running an ai? should i be runnign one on cycle? cardio about 3 to 4 times per week. but i do sprinting not long distance runnign or circuit training.
and my diet is very clean.
breakfast. 70 g oats with milk
40 g protein shake
2 slices wholemeal toast
lunch. 2 chicken breasts with rice
handful of nuts
dinner. 8 0z steak potatoes and broccoli

all i am looking for is to lean myself out a tad and the end of of my cycle and lose any excess water/fat that i have gained due to test e possibly.
