My aim is to get bigger with less water retention and other side effects ,lower the BF% a bit and retain the strength and muscle after the cycle as well.
been working out for a long time now but never regular, but for the past 8 mnths totally dedicated with clean diet, regular cardio and workout with proper form.so here is the plan :-
1-10 week test e,250mg*2/week
4-12 week var 50mg ED
1-8 deca 150*2/week
1-12 week aromasin 12.5mg EOD ???
13-16 nolvadex 40/40/20/20 ED
13-16 clomid 50/50/25/25 ED
other than above
liv.52
protein shake (post workout)
multi vitamin 3Tabs a day with meals(optimen)
fish oil 2tabs*3 per day with meals
pre workout when needed(c4 cel**cor)
BCAA (Xtend sci**tion)
with clean diet and heavy workout(6 day a week) and good cardio(EOD).

29yrs
5'9
190lbs (from 200lbs)
bf 20% (from 28%)
i know the bf% is abit high but working hard to get it lower.
sorry for the long post once again.
please give suggestions to make this cylce better and safe.(abit nervous abt the first cycle and the pinnings)
here are my confusions.???
-do i need the hcg even if i am taking aromasin EOD on cycle(hcg means more pinning in a week)?
-and during cycle which workout would be great (fullbody split, single part a day, two parts a day),
-letrozole vs aromasin,which is best on cycle
it would be of great help i u could point me into the right direction,
