Test/deca/tren log with sdrol kickstart

It sounds like your body won't grow anymore with those calories, have a weight gainer shake before bed. Up the cals and and carbs the the scale will keep moving. If your still doing two sessions a day... Man that's crazy, drop a session every other training day an see how that works. But I've been following great thread your an animal!

Yea bro I've been thinking about a mass gainer shake and I'll prolly be picking one up soon. I'm still hitting it twice a day but this is the last week of it. I don't feel burnt out by it by any means and my recovery is spot on but I just know its not optimal right now for trying to put on as much mass as possible. Only reason I did it is because on of my good friends who's a trained kept asking and asking me when were gonna hit it and he can only work out in the mornings. So I told him during Xmas break I'll hit it with him so this is the last week of that then its back to once a day. Thanks for the words bro I'm trying to get there!

Well guys as you can see sadly no more tren for the remainder of this cycle. Will definently be adding it in my next cycle for sure I loved the results from it! And surprisingly for me I had very minimal sides! Trained shoulders this morning and legs this afternoon. This was the last day of the two a day workouts for now as its Christmas week and I'm heading to see family so I'll be training once a day hard and heavy as always! Strength is still going up through the roof, legs were crazy pumped and vascular after the workout it was crazy. Looking forward to all the delicious food I'll be having for the holidays maybe that'll add a couple pounds we'll see. Pics are uploading right now so I'll post the link here in a min. Pretty happy that I'm sitting in the 270's now just wasn't expecting it to take so long. 9 more long weeks of this cycle then its on to a nice and long extensive PCT. Awesome progress bro. Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day. I truly hope you can gain 10 lbs more of QUALITY muscle this cycle, not that bloated water weight, muscle glycogen shit that noobs love just to make the scale move.

What does your pct look like? Deca sucks for recovery. And... Pics?

home made gainer shake is a better option than the usual bucket of maltodexterin/whey mix that is out there.

try this..
1 cup milk
1 banana
2 scoops whey protein
2 tbsp ANPB

blend and chug.

Shoot I do that a couple times already bro! I mix up 2 cups water, 1/2 cup ice, 2 cups oats, 3 scoops whey, 2 tbs peanut butter and then chug. Might add another one throughout the day though, thanks for the idea!

That's a solid pct, but don't run HCG in your pct... It's suppressive. Blast it a few weeks before

Yea that's what I meant bro! Thanks for clearing that up. This will be my first run with sarms so hoping for the best, I've only heard great things, especially during PCT.

Not judging you...very far from this man you shit are so nice to follow! But by looking at your pics i would ,if i was you and by the type of shape that I prefer, Add some tricep AND your lower peck. I know you said your pecs was your weakness but i would work harder on it! And please next time can you give a pics of when you flex the tri?:p. Great fkn job on that cycle!

What's up guys, log for today is probably gonna be short and sweet. First of all I want to say thanks for all the replies I have gotten back from posting my pics, that's what I want from this log so thanks to all of you and those of you following. Today was a good day, no training in the morning and probably won't be training twice a day anymore. Trained chest and tri's this afternoon and it was great, went up on bench by 20 pounds for the same amount of reps as last week. I'm going to start training arms twice a week, especially focusing in tris. I'll be training chest and tris on Tuesday then back and bi's and Wednesday, then arms together on Saturday. I really feel as if my biceps over power my tris at this point. My arms are good size but there mainly all biceps so if I can just get my tris to grow I feel my arms will just take off. Felt great today, had some pizza tonight for dinner as well. I won't be able to weigh in the mornings until Saturday because I'm at my parents for Christmas and the scale they have is the kind that you can step on 3 different times and get 3 different readings so I'll just wait until I'm back at my place on my scale on Saturday. I'm anxious to see what this holiday food will do to my weight, I'm thinking I'll lose a couple pounds just because at some meals I won't be sticking to my diet but we'll see. Still experiencing no other sides other than the ones I have mentioned previously. That's about it for today guys. Like I said, thanks to all of y'all that are commenting and replying back with your input, I love to hear it! Thanks for following and continue to guys, I appreciate it!

Thanks for the reply bro. Yea I know my chest is lagging at this point and it always has been. I'm hammering it hard bro, and I'll really start focusing on the lower portion more now that you said that. My tri's are also lagging a little, my biceps just over power my arms so it takes away from my tri's I'm gonna start hammering them twice a week from now on to see how that helps. Thanks brotha! There deffinently one of my strong points, I always get people telling me they look huge and you don't see that a lot with taller guys just because our legs are so damn long lol. Heard that to have a balanced arm, your tri should be 2/3 of it... 1/3 for the bi's!!

Day 24 on deca

Merry Christmas guys, hope everybody's was great! My day was great, ate tons of food and spent it with family so I couldn't ask for anything more. No training today, so tomorrow I'll probably be training some back and bi's hard and heavy. Really anxious to see what all this food does to my weight this come Sunday, I hate about 4 plates today throughout the whole day of everything, turkey, dressing, potatoes, macaroni, rolls and more. Still feeling great with no regrets as of yet! I'm already looking forward to cutting down to see how I'll look, although that won't be for a long while because I just want to pack on muscle so I'll be able to compete with the big dawgs in super heavies, especially at my height I'm already at a disadvantage. Really trying to hammer my tri's right now because I feel once they start firing full force my arm growth will just take off, it already has grown to this point but I just feel majority of that is bicep. Not much more to update on for today guys, just overall a good and pretty chill day of relaxing, eating and hanging with family. Hey guys, here's the log for today. Diet was spot on other than a small piece of lemon bars. Trained some shoulders and Tris and man my strength was up again! I was able to do the 115's on db military press for sets of 10 and then a set of 6. Also on tris my strength was up, and man I had the greatest pump I've ever had on tris today. I don't know if it was from the deca or just all the food, mainly carbs, I had yesterday or what but right off the bat they were so pumped I couldn't even fully straighten my arm. Leaving the parents house tomorrow and heading back home so I'll have a weight for y'all guys on Saturday and pics on Sunday for sure. Plan on training tomorrow, Saturday and possibly Sunday if my body feels up to it. Tomorrow I'll probably hit chest and maybe a little bi's. Still feeling great and loving the strength gains and definently the mass gains I'm making. Day 26 on deca

Hey guys, finally made it back to my place so I'll have a weight for y'all in the morning. Jumped on it this evening and weighed around the same as I always do during the day so I'm thinking I didn't gain too much if any. Glad to be back home now though so I can get back in my routine of the gym and my diet. Didn't train today as I was on the road all day but definently training back at my home gym tomorrow. Still no other sides to report of at the moment everything is still going as planned and I'm loving it with no regrets at all. I'll have new pics for y'all on Sunday and a weekly weigh in for sure. Sorry for the short update for today guys but there's not much for me to say, I'll be back tomorrow with more to update on as I'll train and have a weight for y'all. Day 27 on deca

What's up guys, finally got a weight for y'all this morning and I'm about 2 pounds up from Monday so I'm loving that. My weight tomorrow will be my weekly weigh in so thats really the one that matters. Feeling great right now, I'm feeling like my muscles are really full and tight right now. I'm not feeling too bloated at all or very much water weight for that matter. Appetite has been through the roof lately as well. Trained chest and bi's today and the pump was insane on bi's! I'm thinking this deca is just causing some insane pumps right now. Strength was up a little today as well, didn't go up in weight on anything but did add a couple more reps than last week so that's always a plus. Loving everything so far, I'm loving how I'm feeling hard and tight right now, especially in my legs, arms, back and chest. I still have lines in my hams and quads and I'm sitting at 273 so thats great. Will have some new pics for y'all tomorrow and any other updates that me and my coach discuss. Day 28 on deca

Up 1.4 from last Sunday

Hey guys, as you can see I'm up 1.4 pounds from last Sunday so not too bad. Really feeling full and tight right now so I'm loving that! Planned on taking some new measurements today but I guess I misplaced my measuring tape somewhere so I'll have to get a new one. Really trying to bring up my arms (mainly tri's), chest and back width right now as I feel those are my lagging points. The only bad part about being so tall is having 19" arms and they still look small. Today I trained back and then touched up a little on tris just to get some blood in there. This past week my pumps have really been intense and more so then any other week so I'm thinking its definently the deca as this is the end of the 4th week on it. Got legs tomorrow so I'm already thinking about that. No more two a days right now. It didn't have anything to do with me not feeling like I was recovering in time or anything like that its just not really optimal right now for my goals of trying to add as much mass as possible. Still no other sides to report on at this time, everything is in the clear and I'm loving every bit of it. I know I've said this before but I'm way excited for this upcoming prep because I have never done a contest prep while using aas so I'm excited to see what changes that brings, especially with how much muscle I'll be able to keep while prepping. Day 29 on deca

Up 1.8 from yesterday

What's up fellas. Log will probably be fairly short for today. Trained some legs this afternoon and was able to get some new PR's on squats with 545 for 3x8,6,5 then dropped down to 315 for sets of 3x15,12,12. That was the first exercise for legs and man my legs were beyond pumped they looked like freaking balloons there was so much blood in there. Diet was on point today with a couple of home made mass gainer shakes thrown between meals. Really loving the way I'm looking right now, especially for an all out bulk. Feel tight and hard, muscles are feeling round and full and growing like a weed at this point so no complaints there. Plan on training chest tomorrow and gonna hit tris a tad at the end just to get some blood and nutrients flowing in there. Gonna try some reverse grip bench press tomorrow as I've read it really targets the upper portion of the chest so I'm gonna give it a shot. That's about it for today guys. What's up guys. Sorry I couldn't get an update for tomorrow, we lost power and I didn't have internet until the next day do I wasn't ever able to get on and update. Started putting on some weight again as I've upped my protein, carbs and fats by adding in a homemade mass gainer shake 2 times a day between my regular meals. Trained back and a little bi's today and it was great! Really trying to hammer my lats and get them wider right now because there a little behind on that aspect. One think I've noticed is that when doing pulldown movements I feel them a lot more when I do close grip or v-grip pulldowns rather than wide grip. I've heard this is how it is for a lot of taller people with long arms because they simply aren't able to bring the bar down all the way to their chest because there shoulder blades touch before there arms do because there longer, so now I'm doing close grip or v-grip pull downs instead of wide to see how that affects my width growth. Plan on training shoulders tomorrow, really trying to get that cap on there so really going to focus on side lateral movements. Going to start doing a couple exercises for bi's and the end of my back workout and a couple exercises for tri's at the end of my chest workout in addition to my usual arm workout to really try and create some growth there and match them with the rest of my upper body. Still loving everything as usual at this point with no regrets! Really noticing the pumps are amazing that I'm getting I'm guessing from the deca since they didn't start until this week which would be the 4th week on deca. What's up guys. Log for today will probably be fairly short and sweet. Trained some shoulders today and really tried to focus on lateral movements to really hit the side delts. Finished off the workout with cable laterals and did about a 5 second negative on every rep and man it tore my shoulders up, it was a great pump. Switched it up a little and added in some behind the neck shoulders press and really liked that movement, felt it in a different place than I feel regular shoulder press. If you're able to do that movement I'd definently give it go. Plan on training some arms tomorrow hard and heavy of course, with added focus on my triceps since there lagging a tad behind my biceps. No other side effects as of yet, hair loss has stopped since I dropped the tren so that's a good thing and something that I can expect now when I run tren. Weight gain isn't going up to much at this point but I'm noticing I'm really feeling out, and looking nice and full and round and also feeling tight and hard so definently still making changes at this point in the mirror just not so much on the scale. Day 32 on deca

What's up guys, here's the log for yesterday. Trained arms yesterday and I murdered them and it was a hell of a workout, I'm destined to create some growth in my arms. Tri's are lagging a little more than bi's so I started off with them then went to bi's. Still having trouble at gaining weight at this point and that's kind of surprising to me seeing how I'm on deca and this is the fourth week of it. Still going to ride it out till Sunday then adjust my diet accordingly. I'm sure me and my coach will change some things up so I'll be posting my new diet up when we come up with it. Right now I'm having a carton of eggs whites, so 100g worth of protein, and 2 cups of oats for breakfast. Then 3 meals of 10oz chicken and 2 cups of white rice and 2 tbsp of peanut butter. Then post workout shake with 100g of carbs and 25g protein with added bcaa's, creatine and glutamine, then one more meal of 10oz chicken and 2 cups white rice then lastly my last meal of the day is usually burger and fries or steak and fries or even pizza just whatever I'm feeling. So around 360p/600c/45f without my last meal of the day. If anyone has any input or anything on my diet let me know I'd love to hear it. Taking an off day today and possibly tomorrow since I've hit it the last five days. I'll be back later for my log for today guys. Thanks for following and please continue to! Appreciate it!

What's up guys, heres the update for today. As you can see I'm up nearly 2 pounds from last week so I'm pretty happy with that. I'm more with the strength gain that I'm still experiencing nearly every workout its crazy, so I know I'm going since I'm getting stronger. I'm getting harder and rounder right now and looking thick probably the best 273 I've ever looked. Got about 7 more weeks left of this cycle so really going to pound the food and the weights for the duration of this cycle. No training today so tomorrow I'm going to be ready to smash some legs hard and heavy. Still no side effects at this point alls well with just a little acne on my upper back. No problems sleeping or with my libido so that's great. Hoping for 275 next week and hopefully 285-290 by the time I'm done with this cycle.
