Test/deca/oral cycle

I have been into bodybuilding for about 6 years now and have already run a beginner Test E only cycle dosed at 500mg/week for 15 weeks. In winter I am planning my second cycle, a stack of Test E and Deca and I am planning on throwing in an oral like Dbol for a kickstart. I am 24, 6'2 (188cm) and weigh 195lbs (88kg). The cycle would be following:

16 weeks
Test E 300mg/week 16 weeks
Deca 500mg/week 14-16 weeks
Dbol 30mg/day 4-5 weeks

Adex for AI
Milk thistle for Liver support

Test combined with deca skyrockets your estrogen that's why I keen on keeping the dosages low. If you think I should bump up the Test please let me know. Any other suggestions would be much appreciated.
 
i cant be of any help... you are just way way way too young for steroid use... i wish you nothing but the best
 
the issue here with estrogen is using dbol
i would use proviron or tbol

and i would keep proviron going the whole way, important to always use a dht with a nandrolone

also as dylan said you are YOUNG, you won't hit your stride till your mid 30's in this game so pace yourself more

like test:deca ratios depend on your history and your responses to DHT and DHN receptors

to do that, we need to know more about you bro
how can we?
well you need to start, by starting a NEW thread with your LOG journal, put up your training diet cardio sleep and history and we will guide you into a cycle from there

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
