Test Deca cycle

yea ive been thinking about doing a cycle for years and got serious about researching for the last 6 months. i know what im doing i just what to get some input on why i dont feel any effects yet.

breakfast 4 eggs bacon toast milk
snack protein drink
lunch two tuna sandwiches yogurt
snack peanut butter
dinner chicken mashed potatoes string beans
snack peanut butter or preotien drink

6 yrs lifting
i think 9 or 10% bf but not sure

workout just listing the main exercise and upper/lower

TUES upper body bench
WED lower leg press
thurs lower/upper hang clean complex
sat upper bench
sun lower squat hang clean
 
@ 500 mg/ml of test and 400 mg/ml of decandrol a week unless he is just not working out hard or something strange like that.

he is going to notice something I dont care what he eats.

what was your starting weight?
and did you measure your arms legs chest ect?
to compare?

and have you gone up in weight in any of your lifts at all?

the 1st time i took tren. I did not notice anything for 6 weeks. almost 7.
but when i did "I knew it" I added 10lbs to all my lifts, every workout for the next couple of weeks.

sucks to wait so long. but dont give up yet.
and unless you just got fucked on your gear you will notice something I dont care what you eat.

well bro, you did gain 8 lbs. so you are gaining a lil bit. i think you should be feeling the strength by now, tho'. im sorry to say you might have bunk gear.

i started at 202 i just weighed myself and im 211, im gainin some weight but i thought id be getting stronger and feel it, i honestly can say i dont feel the effects, and i should
i didnt measure myself to compare, i should have
i dont really see an increase in my lifts
i found pictures of my gear online so let me know if you want to see them ill put up a link
