I have a few people who told me letro is also the most cost efficent..and will eliminate any possible water retention or gyno better than any other Ai.

Running letro at 1/2 cc (1.25mg) three days a week from week 1 to 10

pretty decent cycle IMO but don't expect too much as far as gains go

but of course gains also depend quite heavily upon proper training and your genetic response to gear
