It's an interesting question because there's so many different schools of thought on it. A lot of people will tell you no because one is oil based and the other is water based.
I've mixed them before and never had an issue but would be interested to see if someone can back their claim with science rather then speculation.

Actually, for a nice slow release of b12 you want to do it subq anyway. Also make sure you are not using cyanocobalamin as your B12, its worthless garbage. You want methylcobalamin.
