I need some help with some exercises or variations to work around tennis elbow.
Basically taken a month off already and the doctor said it would take months to heal. I cant wait that long.
Wrap some athletic tape around your forearm, just below your elbow, you'll be good to go! That, and don't do loading with wrist flexion or extension. Can you get an Rx for some Physical Therapy? Thats your best bet.

I’ve had that and found the only thing that worked for me was just to keep training. Taking time off makes the pain go away, as you watch all you’re gains going as well but just one set of narrow grip bench or French curls and you back to square one. I found cable tri exercises to be easier on my elbow and narrow press to be the worst.
I've developed the opposite of tennis elbow (other side of the joint) and had it flair up several times over the years. I started loading MSM & Glucosamine / Chondroitin and it has helped. Takes a while to feel the difference, but it has helped.

But you know the thing w/ tendonitis is that once you get it, it never really goes away so you need to build up an arsenal of stuff to help deal w/ it.
