Tell me your "routine" while on juice . . .

Tell me about your workout routine while on Juice. I need some advice.

I work out Monday through friday.

Day One
Chest & Triceps
Flat Bench 4 Sets of 6
Incline Bench 4 Sets of 4-6
Flat Bench Dumbell 4 Sets of 6
Incline Bench 4 Sets of 4-6
Cables Upper and Lower 4 Sets Each
4 Sets of Dips 8-10 reps
Tricep exentsions 4 sets 5-7 reps
Cable Triceps - 4 sets 5-7 reps
Tricep kickbacks 4 sets 5-7 reps

Day Two
Shoulders and Back
Military Press Barbell 4 sets 5-7
Military Press Dumbelll 4 sets 5-7
Should Shrugs 4 Sets 5-7
Lateral Raises 4 Sets 8-9 (Ouch)
Wide Grip Pullups
Row Machine 4 Sets 5-7
Cable Row Machine 4 Sets 5-7
Dumbell Rows 4 Sets 5-7 reps

Day Three
Legs and Biceps
Squats 5 Sets 5-7 reps
Hack Squats 4 Sets 5-7 reps
Machine Squats (Extended) 4 Sets 14-15 fast reps (Mamma)
Leg Extensions 4 Sets 5-7
Leg Curls 4 Sets 5-7
Leg Curl / Pushdown 4 Sets 5-7
Leg Press 4 Sets 5-7 reps
Preacher Curl Bar 4 Sets
Straight Bar Behind legs for wrists 6 sets (ouch - forearms on fire)
Hammer Curls 4 Sets
Preacher Curl Dumbell 6-8 reps
Hercules Curles (cables) 4 sets 7 -10 reps

Start Chest and Tricep again on Thursday
Start Shoulders and Back again on Friday
Sat and Sun - No workout
Monday Start with Leg and Biceps

You get the picture.

are you fucking post happy...."do you regret juicing" "is juice more popular now".....what kind of questions are these....soory i'm in a bad mood but if you're gonna ask, ask something useful.......yes juice is good, yes we like it, yes it will make you grow, yes you have to work out while your on it.....sheez
 
your routine looks good...switch bis and tris though....tris after chest won't be so good b/c your tris will be dog-tired......do tris with legs and bis with chest

Sorry man just a lot of questions. NO one to ask at the gym. I am the only one on juice. By the way your post made me laugh. I will have to throw some Karma your way . . . :)

i agree.. i used to do chest and tris one day and back and bis the other.. now i do chest/bis back/tris working alot better
 
Fuck dude. . you did 36 sets alone on day one, that's overtraining in my book :o curious though. . how long are your working out?

Smore stats . . .

I do Abs on MWF - Calves on T-T. I work out with a partner for 1 hour 45 minutes and get all those sets done in that time frame. We move from one to the other with very little rest. The others in the gym think we are insane. Is this over training? I thought overtraining was not giving your body ample to time to recover after a workout? I started working out 10 months ago. I put on 10LBs LBM in 8 months. Hit a brick wall for 2 months and now am running a mild cycle to get over the hump. I am only trying to add 15 lbs. I would like to stay there.

sounds like your overtraining man...take a week off and come back with less sets and i bet youll grow quick naturally.
 
I have to agree- thats a bit of overtraining.

IMO:
You should cut down to 12-15 sets for back and chest
" " to 9-12 sets for bi's and tri's
" " to 10-14 sets for shoulders

I also agree you shoud combo chest/bi's, back/tri's, shoulders one day, and legs another day. Or you could combine shoulders and legs together.

Right on, good advice! again anything over an hour is exactly that. . too much! keep it under an hour and work IT HARD! you should be able to crank out 20 or more sets in that time and if you rest 30 seconds as opposed to 1 minute between sets you can do more.

Again Chest/Bi one day Tri's/Back another, legs and shoulders on seperate days, that's what I do, great results.
 
did I read it right? You got "on" after only 10 months of training??

bump... i would love to see what some of the vets do in the gym.

we've heard about all the shit you're shooting in you glutes.... now how are you training... and what have you found works for you?
