body fat is around 13%
I was wondering if running testosterone and turinabol was a good stack for someone looking to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. I read that a good dosage is testosterone at 500mg a week and tbol at 30mg a day. What do you think?
That's not a bad recomp cycle you can surely lose some fat and gain some mass with it. Your Training, Diet, and meal timing will determine how your body shifts on this cycle.
