PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE REPLYING
I have read numerous times in numerous places that it is smart to taper off of anabolic steroids at the end of a cycle to avoid many psychological effects such as anxiety or depression or temporary acute psychosis. When you are jacked up on 100's of mg of testosterone and oxymethalone you have a euphoric feeling, and it is smart to taper down at the end of a cycle especially if you have a history of any type of psychological disorder. I have heard Doctors with bodybuilding experience compare the psychological effects of high levels of injected testosterone to the same psychological effects of abusing cocaine.
HERE'S MY PROBLEM: I HAVE HAD A STEADY 8 WEEK CYCLE, NOW I HAVE MONO.
At this point in the cycle, I have gone up to 2cc of Sustanon a week, and 75 mg of Oxymethalone everyday. I have been at this plateau for about 3 weeks now(which means I have about 600 mg of Sust, because it stays in my system for 3 weeks), and I was getting ready to taper down anyway. I have a PCT ready, but didn't plan to start it until after tapering down to 1 cc again and no oxymethalone.
The Cycle:
Week 1: 1/2 cc Sustanon
Week 2: 1 cc Sustanon
Week 3: 1 cc Sustanon
Week 4: 2 cc Sustanon
Week 5: 2 cc Sustanon and 25 mg of Oxymethalone a day
Week 6: 2 cc Sustanon and 50 mg of Oxymethalone a day
Week 7: 2 cc Sustanon and 50 mg of Oxymethalone a day
Week 8: 2 cc Sustanon and 75 mg of Oxymethalone a day
HERE I AM
Week 9: 2 cc Sustanon and 50 mg of Oxymethalone for 4, then 25 for 3 days
Week 10: 2 cc of Sustanon
Week 11: 1 cc Sustanon
Week 12: 1/2 cc Sustanon
--3 week break(let the body know Test is going down again)
3 weeks of Clomid
Now that I am in the house for a good 4 weeks because of the illness, and will not be able to workout at all, I think I should still taper down. The last 4 weeks of light use were to start toning my gains, to keep my appetite high, ease it to avoid psychological effects, and now my appetite is completely suppressed and I can barely type.
PLEASE TELL ME THE IMPORTANCE OF TAPERING DOWN IN YOUR OPINION, AND IF YOU STILL THINK I SHOULD. I DON'T KNOW IF IT IS NECESSARY BECAUSE I CANNOT EAT AS MUCH OR LIFT, BUT STAYING HOME AND DROPPING IT ALL COULD CAUSE SOME SERIOUS DEPRESSION MAYBE? Please, professional opinions and answers backed by experience or fact regarding my question.
