I usually bake it plain as I prefer to season it per meal since I eat so much of it so frequently (1 large pack a week). It's awesome with: mustard, salsa, Cajun, Old Bay, vinegar - any type of spice, really....
I was picking up a girl one time and Talapia came up on conversation. She was telling me how much she loved it, how she orders it at Bonefish Grill all the time. I told her I liked Carp better and she was all into it. I had her going so much I'm sure she went to dinner and asked for Carp from the waiter.
Honestly it isn't all that bad, just way overpriced.
