A few members MIGHT be Muslims. I do, however, have experience of working with followers of the Islamic faith.
One gym I trained at in Gloucester woukld open the gym early to help the guys out and food/supps wise it was:
1) as soon as you woke
2) and something else real quick after.
Of course to do Ramadam justice your meant to make sacrifices and go without not get up early and eat loads.
When it come to things like ramadan - you need to do the best you can. Things are never going to be perfect.
What I would do is get up early and workout before sunrise and then fast all day. You would break your fast come sunset. You would basically be intermediate fasting each day
