If I buy Organ ST I can discontinue taking milk thistle and Physilium husk?

husk is not part of their formula bro. it is a fiber

if you do not feel like you are getting fiber you need to keep taking husk

you can stop milk thistle, yes... its in organ st but physillium husk is not going to be in any all in one that ive ever seen and ive seen them all... so you may want to continue taking that

You can stop taking the milk thistle since it's included in the formula but you will need to keep taking the psyllium husk since it's not in the formula

Milk thistle would not be necessary but Organ ST is not a fibre supplement. You would want to continue consuming psyllium husk.
