Taking off between cycles?

[FONT=&quot]I'm prettty sure this is a personal preference thing but how long do you guys take off between cycles. Have you ran a long cycle of a specific aas and after you last shot just switched the compounds and ran them for another 10-12 weeks[/FONT]

Minimum off-time between cycles has been cycle length + pct but there has been longer breaks also.
For the latter question no as I am not a fan blasting and cruising type of thing either.

^^^ and get bloods done BEFORE and after pct is well over.

sometimes it takes long to recover but you have to do it to keep a healthy HPTA

time on PLUS pct time = TIME OFF MINIMUM.. its not about personal preference dude.. its about doing things so you dont wreck yourself...

As said it's not preference, its giving your body the time it needs at homeostasis for many reasons

Cos I only use in the run up to comps that means I have the rest of the YEAR off. So easily 10 months.
