Taking a diuretic to relief water retention from HGH?

Ayoquay

I've been dealing with really bad water retention from HGH mainly in my face. i have an important wedding to attend tomorrow so I'm considering using 40mg of Lasix to help alleviate it. I want to make sure I'm doing this safely so what are the recommended safety measures or precautions I should take before and after consumption? I'm also looking for a safer pharmaceutical alternative if possible. I'm allergic to dandelion root but I've read the HCTZ and Aldactone are safer but less effective than Lasix. Thanks in advance!

@Ayoquay welcome to the EF family. You can take lasix but it might not help you at all, you're better off using aldactone but thats hard also since its "tomorrow".

can you tell us whats the issue with you? why are you on HGH ? whats your cycle? and tell us about yourself, so we can actually help you.

definitely need more information from you
can you put up a log with your full info

water retention should only happen the first couple weeks
if it's still happening after then something is wrong

i've used lasix before
it doesn't do what you think it can throw a lot of things off and make you dehydrated

dandelion root, uva ursi, juniper berry and apple cider vinegar will be a combo that will help a lot

also, keep in mind that with hgh, you need to MAKE SURE that your sodium/potassium ratio is on point... meaning, you need to be taking in 4700 mg of potassium per day and NO MORE than 2300 mg of sodium per day... most get way too much sodium and nowhere near enough potassium.. its extremely important in general but especially to combat the water retention on hgh or mk677

Bro put up a log Journal
let's see what you're doing here
Sorry for the late reply, I've been taking 1.5iu a day for 3 weeks to speed up healing from a rugby related injury. my training is mainly strength based + cardio 5 times a week. I've cut out all carbs and sodium about a week ago but haven't seen any improvement.

@Ayoquay Welcome to EF....put up a log and share more info........

My training is mainly strength based + cardio + physical therapy 5 times a week, and I eat a low carb high protein diet at maintenance calories. The injury is a partial rotator cuff tear, thankfully it isn't too severe
@Ayoquay since you're on training and cardio, can you share your LOG with us? we can guide you from the injury into bigger things
do you see other logs we have on the EF forums?

here are examples of LOG Journals
