skim milk
lunch:
ham, turkey, roast beef wrap (whole wheat)
cottage cheese ½ cup
1 chicken breast
banana
apple
water
dinner:
3 chicken breasts
some corn
2 egg whites
tuna fish 3/4 cup
water
late night:
9 oz steak (just finished it)
I also had 3 40g protein shakes
