Because CEE, and SAN V-12, and some of the other new'r creatines don't give you that bloated skin look, wouldn't it be beneficial to take this the day of the contest, so you muscles have a harder / fuller look?
Sounds like a good idea but I think we need an opinion from someone who has actually used this in their contest prep. I know that I don't drink any fluids the day of the contest. But everybodies prep is different.
I use it all the way up to the day before the show. I don't take it the day of because I don't want to risk having stomach problems such as bloating, etc.
