my friend is taking test. cyp. should he do it at 500 mg's for 8 weeks or 400 mgs for 10 weeks. he is around 155, and this is his first non-pussy cycle (primo/winny). thanks.

Whats wrong with primo/winny?
I don't think there is much difference between 400 and 500mg/week so it depends on if your friend has the money and if he wants to find out if he responds well to lower doses. 8 weeks or 10 weeks... since it's his first probably 8wks. Maybe stack with DBOL.

Go with 500mg/week for 10 weeks 
but if I had to choose between the 2 I would go with 400mg/week for 10 weeks but that is just personal prefrance. Why not throw in 25-30mg/day of D-Bol for the first 4-5 weeks as a little kick start to his cycle ? Best of luck to him.

8 weeks is best. Its too "hardcore" to go longer than 8 weeks in my opinion. If you go longer than 12 weeks you risk serious trouble with long term shut down of your htpa. 10 weeks is just to close to 12 weeks for comfort, especialy if this is just his second cycle.
By the way what dosages did he use with primo and winny? I am doing primo/winny cycle for the first time and am using 400mg primo per week and 50mg winny ed. I don't know what to excpect. I have only done testosterone only cycles in the past.

I'm gonna say 400... He's a little light in the ass.
If he throws in that primo 200mg toward the end of his cycle and eats right, he'll be happy with his results. Have him do clomid thereapy post cycle. And if he's not going with primo, have him use HCG 5000iu per week split into 2 doses M and Th for 2 weeks.
And Armidex 1/4 ED or 25mg/d of proviron.
Have about 40 Nolvadex on hand for some back up.

btw, he is also stacking eq for 300 the first week, 400 the middle 6, and 300 the last week, for eight weeks total. does that change anything?

as for his primo/winny cycle, he went 200, 300, 400, 400, 400, 400, 300, 200 with the primo, and 50 eod with the winny for 6and a half weeks.

well of course he's using anti e's...he's got a total of 96 tabs of 20 mg tamoxifen on hand
