T3?

How much would a solid T3 cycle help a guy with the goal of cutting from 20% body fat down to 10%?

I've got roughly 20lbs to lose. I'm on trt at 200mg cyp per week. Last labs showed thyroid function normal.

For the sake of argument, we will say that diet is on point at 500kcal/day deficit & moderate cardio is being used for another 500kcal/day.

What would be the difference in time with the t3?

Would this be recommended at my bf%?

And if so, what would be a good, simple cycle?

it will help and based on your last thread i think using a very low dose lf both t3 and clen just before your cycle is fine. you may lose some muscle on t3 which is why most wont reccomend it without AAS but you'll put it on as fast as you lost it when you start bulking again. when youre down to about 12% i would add 40-5mcg of t3 and 40-60mcg of clen for the last 4-6 weeks before your cycle to HELP get the last of the fat off. probs take a 2 week break before starting the cycle though to allow your thyroid to restart and keep diet very strict durinh this time amd continue the clen.

1-6 40-60mcg clen (add ketotifen or benadryl for receptors)
1-4 t3 50mcg.

this kind of cycle should offer minimal suppression of endogenous t3 and should allow a fast recover. you already know this but again i stress these are an aid to a good diet.

If I'm understanding you correctly, I should go natty (with my normal trt) down to around 12% BEFORE adding the clen & t3? Then, use the stack as an assist to get the last few lbs off?

& should I really have to worry about muscle loss on 200mg cyp / week?
 
muscle loss shouldnt be too bad if protein stays high. yes i would stay free of fat burners until the last few weeks
 
Thank you sir. Will heed that advice. I'm positive I can do it without. Like everyone else, I want to be lean now. Just curious as to how much difference it would make time wise.

its very individual, id say on average these substances woth a good diet is probably 5-10% faster fat loss
 
One more question I thought of.

Would it benefit me in any way to replace the test cyp with a different compound during the cut?

I've seen some cut blends etc that look interesting.

Obviously will heed the advice of the more experienced guys. Just wondering is all.
