T3 to gain LBM?

Intuit

New member
I've read that small doses (6.25 - 12.5mcg/ED) of T3 will actually help increase lean mass and harden muscles but just wanna see what kinda results any of you guys have had doing so. I have been on test for almomst 2 months now and wanted to throw in some T3 just to harden up and lose a little fat. Also, at times I don't stick to my diet as well as I should and hope the T3 will help me out for those times when I snap and eat something shitty (I'm addicted to gyros sandwiches : ). If this is a good idea, what changes (if any...besides trying not to eat gyros) should I make to my diet? Just increase protein intake? I was only planning on using it for 2 maybe 3 weeks till I finish up my cycle and start on the clomid, is there anything I should/shouldn't do/take after I finish taking the T3 (only asking this cause I would be taking such small doses)?

Thanks.

Ive been taking 1/4 unipharm T3(12.5 mcg) daily for about a week so far...Im also taking test/fina/winny/..I feel harder and leaner but it could also be from the other shit im taking...Im taking some xenedrine while I wait for my clen..Im at about 11 % bf now...Ill measure myself in a few more weeks and let you know.

T3 speeds up the myriad metabolic processes in our cells. Important to us are the metabolic processes of protein and glycogen synthesis. T3 binds to receptors on muscle clells and "tells" them to do this and that. It speeds to conversion of amino acids into muscle contractile proteins, amino acids used to synthesize enzymes, and on and on and on. It also speeds to manufacture of glycogen form glucose. When sufficient nutrients are present it simply speeds to conversion of these nutrients into thier final products(muscle proteins, glycogen, ect.). However, when nutrients are deficient it also stimulates to breakdown of various molecules in the body to free them for essential bodily functions. So, should calories be ample it will speed the many metabolic processes associated with muscle hypertrophy, however, it is not directly anabolic.
