T3/Clen cycle advice please!

5'10" 225 and been out the gym for a bit, your bf is probably above 20%. In which case the gear is not going to work like you hope. Anyway, run clen 2 weeks on/2 weeks off starting at 40mcg upping to 120 mcg. Take t3 on off weeks.

Tweak your diet, up the intensity in the gym. Drugs aren't needed

so not to be a dick, but couldn't you just post this answer under every single question on these boards? anybody who asks about any compounds are asking for the easy way out. no dif then anybody else on here. looking for help not your personal opinions on if people taking juice or other compounds is cheating or not...
 
4 cycles at 23 including tren and now clen and t3.. what's the rush, slow, it down a little

just really into fitness and getting bigger. i train hard and consistently so i just try and get the most out of it that i can. not using these compounds and sitting on a couch expecting an easy way out, i'm looking to use these things to help my progress.

gotta be honest with ya EZ, he gave me advice like i was looking for. i know alot of people like to look at a person my age and say i'm looking for an easy way out but i actually find that quite insulting. i've trained hard my entire life in the gym, i've used these compounds as a way to supplement my workouts. they help me get more results, but i don't rely on them solely for results. i'm not looking the T3/ or Clen to do the work for me, i'll be dieting while running these compounds, likely go back on a Keto diet and i'll be doing long distance cardio daily and training like a mr.olympia competitor just to not lose muscle since they tend to be catabolic. just looking for some info so i don't end up having a heartattack. which is more useful info then i got from anybody else on this post. and thread deleted and me banned or flamed in 3...2...1...

Not to be a bitch, but.. It's my job. We are not told to give everyone the green light. As any restaurant or store has a sign in their doors stating they're allowed to refuse service to anyone, we reserve the right to tell someone NO to drugs if we feel they're not a good candidate for them. Will it stop them? No, but at least we can know we did what we could. And this is in full fucking swing during the summer time, as hundreds of guys like yourself are wanting to look good for the beach. You're right, you're nothing new.

Will it stop them? No, but at least we can know we did what we could. that's fine but people come to these boards and ask questions. mine was how you guys would recommend structuring the cycle, cause these are dangerous compounds, i've run clen before and I understand it's possible side effects etc. it's just probably more useful to just say that while you don't think these are what i need right now you understand i'll still run them so here's how you'd structure it. frankly I'm not sure why a guy who's lifted for 6+ years with cycle experience who's gunna be training hard to cute body fat is a bad candidate for stuff used specifically to cut lol don't get it.

You're a bad candidate because your bodyfat is too high at the moment. The two compounds you're talking about using are incredibly harsh on the body of even someone who has already hit a peak level of conditioning. It's understandable that someone who is flirting with single digit bodyfat might consider using them to get to a level they can't possibly get to without chemical enhancement.

In your case, the fact that you're still in the high teens for bodyfat means that you can still easily lose another 5% bodyfat WITHOUT chemical enhancement. It also means that there will be additional strain on your body - specifically your heart and other organs - because your body has more fat on it. The higher your bodyfat, the higher then risk of side effects.

Basically - the fact that you're not willing to get to the 10-12% bodyfat mark WITHOUT using Clen and T3 is a big part of why people here are going to think you are a bad candidate for them. Most would recommend against them anyway because their sides dramatically outweigh their benefits and there are better and safer alternatives. "I already bought them and they are on the way" isn't exactly the most mature explanation for justifying their use.
 
Completely ridiculous to say people using aas are looking for a quick fix......no one is doubting your dedication.

You are NOT in a position to use right now. Future? Probably. I'm not sure what you're not understanding.
 
if he wants to run it let him do it, basically you want to run clen 2 wks on 2 wks off, on the weeks off take fat burners, start clen slow and build your tolerance up
week 1 40/50/60/70/80/90/100
week 2 100/120/100/90/80/70/60
never run it above 200mcgs, and if you feel too jittery lower your dose for the next day... split it into too doses morning and afternoon always before 3pm so you dont have problems sleepin. good luck, i always ran t3/clen for cutting with proper diet and tons of cardio you will look amazing in a few weeka
