i was looking into the af stores fat burners. t rex looks pretty good. has everyone had good results, how much better than lipo-6 or somthing like that.

I like it alot, best over the counter stuff I've used. took me few days to fiqure out what dosage works best for me , rarely worrkout with out it, curbs appetite, only draw back I had was getting to sleep. but have since have overcome that,, A

cobined how, like rotating them or at the same time. ive never used clen so i dont know much about it.

people do both. its really a matter of preference and tolerance.

can someone give me an exaple of how to combine them. what doseages and for how long. im 6'4" 250lbs dont know exact body fat percent. probably around 15%. i would like to loose about 15-20lbs.

i think its good, for me personally i dont sweat that much more on it, but it really supresses my appetite so i have been seeing positive results, and im happy
