T-Rex and Bloating..girls only thread.

This is for the women that have used thermorexin so far....

Are you guys still experiencing bloat before your period? I should be starting my period any day now and have some major bloat in my stomach area. My butt, thighs and hips look a bit slimmer (been on trex for a week) but my stomach is obviously bloated so I'm not seeing any fat loss with the measuring tape. This is quite frustrating, as I use my tape measure as an indication of success! Could I still be holding water due to time of the month even though t rex is also a potent diuretic? Otherwise, I dont' believe I'm seeing any actual fat loss...could just be my eyes playing tricks.

Thermorexin will get rid of water and fat but it's swimming upstream against your hormones. Stop taking it until your period is gone. Otherwise it sounds like your getting frustrated.

in hormonal shifts bloating is quite common, even in the presence of diuresis.. in some cases.. perhaps as in your own.. diuresis may actually make bloating worse...

either discontinue for this time, or try increasing water and pottassium intake

intresting....i am getting close to that time and i am not seeing an addittional bloating at all...if anything, I feel less bloat....i drink about 1 1/2 gallons of water ed and maybe thats helping....i am simply loving this stuff and i am keeping an online journal of my entire first experience......

I'm actually having the same reaction as lil k - which is less hormone-related bloat. It is still there, but MUCH less than normal. I am drinking 1.5-2 gallons of water a day too, taking T-Rex and extra potassium.

Has your diet changed at all? More/less sodium? Dairy changes? Different protein sources? Different veggies? Fiber intake? Water intake?

Water is the same...1 to two gallons per day, still only low GI carbs. I normally don't eat dairy at all. I forgot to add, that this has only happened within the last day or two. I've been on trex for a week, however, I'm still not seeing fat loss like everyone else. I'm feeling heat and that's about it. My appetite is in no way supressed, nothing like ephedra. ;(

I didn't see any appetite suppression until I MAJORLY increased my dose. But I don't really feel any heat! I am taking 7 pills a day now and I have NO desire to eat. Actually, I am craving salads/veggies and water - that's it! Oh, and my new craze, hot tea. Weird.

The first week I dropped a few pounds, but nothing crazy. Now that I have found my "happy dose" I am seeing results daily. And this is my 2nd week taking. Maybe you just need to play with the dosing and see if that helps?

No bloating here as well. If you are low carbing or are just eating fibrous carbs you won't get the heating effect. I kept my dose at two per day for several weeks and finally upped it to three per day (spread out). This has really kicked in the appetite suppression.

FWIW, I was up to six pills a day by the third day. Still nothing. Yesterday I decided to take seven. Two in the morning, two afternoon, two around 4 and finally one around 7 pm. Still...no appetite suppression. I am having some nice headaches, however. Some heat still..but that also could be a function of my hot apartment...it is 100 degrees outside. ;)
