T-3 question

Just curious can you post a sample of your diet now??? You can get lean w/ proper diet and some heavy training:)

ok, here's what i've been eating lately...

8 am---3 scrambled eggs, 1/2 oatmeal
11 am--handful of unsalted peanuts, 1 piece fat-free string cheese
2 pm---6 oz tuna, 5 whole grain crackers
5 pm---2 tbsp natural peanut butter, 3 crackers
8 pm---1 grilled chicken breast, 1 c green beans, small salad or a can of turkey chili and some green veggie
11 pm--1 protein shake (sometimes)

i also drink a gallon of water....tell me what you think

oh and by the way, i'm about 5'7'', 130 lbs...20% bf approx

IMO, that is not very much fuel. I think the experts here might agree. Try eating more food. Do you weight train at all? That would definately help to get your BF% down. As for other supplements, try an EFA (Udo's is excellent).

I believe Spatts has a cutting diet somewhere on this board. You could try the search for it. She had it in a spreadsheet (I think).

yes i do weight train...i do that hard 3 days a week and i'm starting the cardio right after spring break...hoping to do 4-5 days a week on that...i'm not really sure what an EFA is, is it anything like ECA?? Ladybug

EFA=Essential Fatty Acids

They are the good fats that your body needs for healthy functioning. Your body uses EFAs for cell building, energy, organ functioning, healthy skin, eyes, hair, hormone regulation (to some degree), etc.

If you are training hard, you are definitely not getting enough food. I'm no expert but just looking at your diet, it doesnt look like a whole lotta calories. I think your body might be holding on to whatever nutrition it gets.

How long have you been training and how long have you been taking the adipo? You may have to tweak your training and definitely your diet in order to start seeing results.

I've tried T-3 on and off cycle. It didn't do a damn thing for me. I can eat whatever I want and be at 17% as long as I do cardio three times a week.

well i try to eat around 1500-1600 cals a day...i thought this was about right since i weigh about 130...i did the whole multiply your bodyweight by 12 thing...anyways, my goal is to lose a little bodyfat while gaining a little muscle...is it possible to do this at the same time?? also, i've been taking the adipo for about 2 weeks...i've been taking about 75 mg a day...about the training thing, i've been active and athletic my whole life, but just recently go into the whole weightlifting thing...i'd say that i've been doing it consistently for about 8 months although i did take a month off around the beginning of the year due to a tonsillectomy...yuck...but since then, i've been working out 3 times a week and doing cardio maybe twice a week (i know, i need to do more)...i'm hoping to up that to at least 4 days a week right after spring break...i know you said that i need to tweak, but i really don't even know where to start...i've been TRYING to do the isocaloric kind of thing...but i really haven't lost any bodyfat this way...and i can't do a really low carb thing, i don't have the willpower....anyways, if you guys have any suggestions, i would be much obliged...ladybug
