I don't myself agree with a few things that SC does, but overall, I think he's good people and would absolutely recomend his progams. His cutting program worked well for me with more carbs that i thought would make for a good cutting diet. I signed up for SUP2 a few weeks back. Too early to tell how well it works, but he has a diet AND routine put together by a reputable bro he works with and has as a mod on his baord. He'll happily answer 200 e-mails a day if you wish to send that many questions. He's been in the mags already a few times. He must be doing something right. He's in awesome shape himself. When he first started up his whole diet thing, lots of bros dissed him, and now he has a lot of clients, and people who are not clients of his seem to have a lot more positive things to say about him now-a-days. Now like I said, I don't agree with some of the things he may do, but in an industry full of BS artists and supplement companies that lie through their teeth, he stands out as a respectable individual IMO when it comes down to his diets and helping people out. I can't say the same for SOME of the other things he does, but overall, he's good people in my book.

I agree that is why on anabolic review they have to constantly warn him about slandering and keeping his shitty attitude in check. Shitty attitude oh yeah that is why he was banned from here.

My opinion about SwoleCat is similar to slyder190.
It is interesting though, how you suddenly grow balls now that SwoleCat has been banned and cannot respond. Yet you're still not man enough to post under your real identity.

first of all...you need to read scs post on anabolic review. which obviously you havn;t.

as far as growing balls. I offered to meet sc face to face in order to get my refund and he refused. He mentions working at glds gym and Glds gym state that he never has worked for him.. I also emailed some of his posts to them and they said" we would have terminated him along time ago he acted like this to our clientail."

swolecat never lets anyone debate him they get banned immediately. email a moderator over at ar and ask. Better yet have one come over here and I will debate either him or swole openly.

as a matter of fact numerous people including Nelson Montana when swolecat was still here and sc had moderators here erase the thread because he was embarrassed so badly.
