Sustanon cycle

I got sustanon 375 from a friend and it says it is manufactured by (read the fucking rules) laboratories i was wondering if it was ligit. has anyone heard of it? i havent started the cycle yet i wanted to find more out about it since it will be the first time i ever use anything like it. i'm 24 and weight 190 since ive cut down from 220 ive lost some strength and would like to get it back. can i get some suggestions on how i shouldd take it.
