I've done two simple cycles before: one test cyp and one deca. I'm a soldier and not so much a body builder but I am fit and strong and experienced in the gym. I'm 6feet tall and about 175 lbs right now(ouch), last time I checked I was around 10%bf. The thing is my optimum weight is around 195-210. I do a lot of running so cardio does work against me, but its' necessary. My situation is that overseas and on ops I lose weight rather quickly due to long days, little sleep and poor food and then while on a break I work out hard and slowly build back up. I'm about to start a deca/test cyp stack (I got the ttokyo 300 mg and 250mg test cyp, each once a week for 10weeks). I have experienced no significant side effects with these two alone, with no clomid etc... But how about the stack? These are fairly low dosages but I've gotten mixed messages about clomid etc... Is anything really necessary here? And should I maybe go up a bit with the test? Like I said I'm more lean and toned now and I just want a sustainable small amount of bulk and really don't care to do a lot of cycles in the future. But I'd sure like to stay around 200lbs. Just lookin' for advice.
