Sust only cycle or add deca ?

If your gyno prone then that's a different story but start your adex at 0.25mg eod then adjust accordingly....what blend is your sust?

I haven't used gear yet so I wouldn't know if I'm prone or not

We'll start on 0.25mg eod not 0.5mg don't sound it but that's a lot of difference and could crash your e2 if it wasn't high enough to administer them doses

I wouldn't bother with Deca unless you are a pro, on trt, or are an advanced user. It lingers for a long time and can cause serious libido issues.
