I did an 8 week sust (250mg per week) cycle with 25mg of Dbol for the first 5 weeks. I had nolva and proviron at hand in case I felt bloated or saw any signs of gyno, but i was fine.
I ramped off the cycle by using the proviron at 25mg/day for the last few weeks, and then used 10mg of nolva for two weeks after the cycle.
Cycle was ruined because I tore my quad in week 5!
Gained 10lbs with the cycle and strength went up OK.
Kept most of the size and strength, but like I said the cycle was ruined by the injury. I carried the cycle on anyway because it helped my lower body physio recovery.
