Sust injection

Sust can be a painful shot. So when do you guys feel the best time is to do it. My partner does it before bed so he doesn't have to walk around with a sore butt. Some feel shooting during the day is better, so they can "work it out" and keep muscle warm.

What is your recommendations??

Personally I do it right before I work out.

I prefer to do a Sus injection first thing in the morning. Usually, the associated pain takes anywhere from 8 to 10 hours to kick in, so I know by evening just how uncomfortable it would be. I use a heating pad on my glute when sleeping, and medicate with a little tylenol.
