sust/deca cycle

Ok thanks to alot of input. I've decided on a 300mg deca & 500mg Sust for 10 weeks. My next Question is How do i take my arimidex, proviron & clomid w/ this cycle?

Arimidex at .25mg/Day till your finished your CLomid. Start the Clomid 3 weeks after your last shot. Start with 300mg/Day for the first day of Clomid use then take 100mg/Day for the next 6 days of that week, the next week take 50mg/Day and the final week take 50mg/EOD.

Proviron: Not Needed

Clomid: 3 weeks after last shot.
Day 1 300mg
Day 2-11 100mg
Day 12-21 50mg
Day 22 Done
