Just for reference..bodyweight starting at 167,went to 193 on 500mg of sust/wk. for 8 weeks and 4 days. Was a very easy letdown at the end as well. After another month or two of fighting to keep the strength/weight,maintenance ended up about 185-187. Lifting was deadlifts, benches, squats with a very minor amount of added work(curls, military presses, skullcrushers, grip work, calves). I was going mainly for added power rather than cuts, but starting as light as i was and having the high metabolism helped. I would guess this is most likely a moderate gain since diet was not "dialed in" unless you count calling domino's on the phone. Sue me,i had 15 years of watching my weight wrestling,i eat for enjoyment now until the metabolism slows down. At no point was there ever a need for ancillaries for sides, although i was pretty damn puffy from the water compared to "normal". Strength gains were around 15% on average for my lifts(the big 3). The only complaint i had was joint strength not keeping up with muscular strength. I'm sure this isn't anything new either, just adding what i observed and noting that you may not be able to do doubles, triples and fives all the way at 100%.
