Sus at 250mg EOD for my first cycle?

I have been advised by several people now to inject sustanon EOD to take advantage of the short esters. I wanted to stay around 500mg per week for my first cycle but If EOD is best and EOD 250mg is not too high for my first cycle I am willing to try. Please help as i start my cycle soon.

well I dont think sust is a good aas for a first timer.mater of fact not many people here with anny experance will say it is ether.eod at 250 youre taken allmmost 900mg of test for a first cycle.come on that way to much.

500mg test e or cyp at max would be best.with 200mg deca or something elce

I agree but sus was all i could get, well sus or deca so i had to pick the sus.

Sus is a great 1st cycle. 500mg a week shoot mon and thur you don't need to shoot eod don't listen to whoever told you that.

i did sust 500/wk for my first cycle and it worked out great!
did it mon/thur also.

Sust EOD is ridiculous unless you're an advanced bodybuilder or have had lots of cycle experience. The idea behind it is to utilize the prop ester more efficiently, but considering it is only 30mg out of a total 250mg, it is only 12% total which I think is negligible. Twice a week is more than enough for Sust because of the medium and long-acting esters.

Sus is a great 1st cycle don't know when people started thinking you need to inject sus eod twice a week is fine, for your 1st cycle once a week is fine.

Every other day is a good idea for the first or two weeks then 500 weeks...I posted a chart a while back that shows doing that will build the blood level up faster so you dont have to wait 4 weeks for it to build up in your system..

Just do the sust mondays and thursdays...you'll be fine and you will like your results. Sust first cycle of 500mgs is a good cycle.
