Supps to grow taller?

Any supps that can help you grow taller? My growth plates are closed, I'm a 20year old male and I hope there is some chance.

The ones I can think off:
L-Ariginine (boosting testosterone)
L-Lyseine (boosting testosterone)
GABA (boosting testosterone)

AI's like Arimidex (decreasing estrogen) same with Antioxidants.

If my growth plates wasn't closed I could have used HGH.

This would be something to talk to the doctor about. Besides unsless you are over 21 not many people here are going to talk to you about aas or any drugs at all for that matter.

Dude, you are what you are. I know guys 6' that wish they were 6'2" guys that weigh 215 @ 5'10" 8% that wish the could get just a little more. There is only so much modern science can do. Unfortunately height isn't one of them.....

At 20, you're done. 2 years ago I'd say GH.

Height is an advantage and everyone wants just a little bit more -- like penis size.

if your growth plates are closed forget it. how do you know that they are closed anyhow? besides at age 20 i would say you are done growing height

Like its been said, there is nothing you can do. I suppose you do what Bobby Brady did and hang upside down off your closet door and try to stretch out! I wouldnt worry about your height. IMO it is an advantage to not be too tall in bodybuilding. Im 6 foot and wished I was more like 5' 10" or so.

you still could be growing mate...at 21 i was 6.3" two years later at 23 i was 6.5"...everybodys totally different though...but to answer your question you wont find any supps that will help.

Just let nature take it's course, if you're done growing you will know it in a few more years!

Too late for you but I've always wondered if someone were to take anti estrogens during puberty, if this would prevent the growth plates from closing when they are supposed to?

yes there are researches proving that.
I also knows docs that use it however it is risky to mess with hormones at that age

They start children with growth issues on GH when they are 8-10.

They stop it at around 13-14, and if I recall, the gain in height isn't that extreme, it just puts them into the normal range.

It is genetics, a rough guide to your end height is to add your mom and dad's height and divide it by two.

LOL. My dad is 5'10" my mom is 5'8" and im 5'9". Now to throw your theory out the window. My two other brothers are 6'1" and 6'5" lol

LOL yea thats how it is with my oldest kid. Im 5' 10" his mom was 5' 9" and the kid is 6 ft. 1 in.

mom 5-7 dad 6-2 I am 6-4 that is not a good estimate. you usually end up a little taller than your father that might be better rough estimate

My dad is 6'7. I would be that tall except my mom is 5'3. I'm a happy in between at 6'2".

The advantage o fheight is the attraction factor that girls like tell men. For Bodybuilding, it is a disadvantage until you have put on tons of mass. Weighing a lean 220 at 6'2" doesn't look extremely huge. But at 5'8", a lean 220lb is petty impressive.



If your growth plates are closed, there is no hope for getting taller. Mine closed when I was 15.

i stoped growing at 16, i was average height untill then (5'9)... i dont have any friends under 6'0 and my gf is also 5'9. Wish i could grow taller, but live with it.
