well i did a search on google and i talked to my friend about ephedra and he said its not worth the side effects. hes going to one of the best universitys in the country for kinesiology and he plays football so i think im a take his advice. thanks guys. i think im goign to just take some creatine.
I used that stuff before football games in high school. It was pretty cool. I believe it still exists and is now available in pill form. I think it had ephedra, caffiene, taurine and someother stuff, but I am not sure. I do remember it tasted like crap mixed with water though. I had too mix it with gatorade. They also used to advertise that it would make your max go up by 50 pounds. I never got that result though.
