That has been changing rapidly as a number of bro's have been pooling their research and its still being refined but...

One that should do well:

1 androsol bottle (10 sprays per 1cc)
130cc's of 95% ethanol (190 proof everclear)
50cc's of Isopropyl Myristate
60cc's of water.
1/2 cart of Fina (50 tabs, 1g total)

Every 12 hours apply 70 sprays spread evenly over the body.

The bottle should last 12 days.

This same query was posted on the fina board, and was met with the same mixed responses. Please keep in mind that these kinds of questions are what these boards are all about. The pioneer spirit, to go where no man has gone before ( I could not resist throwing that in, given the topic,lol. ) Anyway, in all seriousness, you are dealing with a taboo area, men just do not stick things up their ass unless they are gay. Allow me to debate that mindset. I have hemmhoroids and sing praise to the chemical gods everytime I stick prep-h up my butt in order to alleviate my pain. Am I gay? No. I also have had the flu so bad that I could not keep any meds in my stomach, I was given a suppository for nausea and diarreha that was a godsend. Did I enjoy stuffing something foriegn up my butt? No, but it sure worked. This application site is rich in blood vessels,but also very sensitive. If someone were to look objectively at what we do from an outsiders perspective,( as AS users ), they would have to conclude that we are all mentally challenged. We see nothing wrong because its our norm. Please keep up the "outside the box thinking". A term that brother zen used on fina board.

When I did trans fina I used 99.9% dmso gel. I never used wrap, as I found that within 30 min. of application it was all absorbed. I would then apply an aloe gel to the site. I screwed up only becuse I thought I was having no bad sides from the dmso, and kept application to my thighs. I broke out bad on my 6th week. I should have rotated sites. I would have gone 8 weeks had I not broken out. Its good stuff, I miss the incredible pumps.

Wrap is mostly to keep the stuff from getting all over everything. I'd leave it on as long as there is gel there, or you can stand it. There's too many variables for me to give you an exact time.

There might be some minor absorption benefit due to the trapped heat, one study showed a very minor increase in absorption.

Foxxx is right, if you're going stick with DMSO you need to rotate the sites.

It would be no different than taking it orally, since the blood vessels still transport the drug to the liver first. Rectal administration does not bypass first pass deactivation.
