supplements for anxiety

guys anything over the counter or a herb you can recommend to control anxiety, it is making me eat out of control and
I can't help it, I gaining weight and it isn't good.

you better have a damn good reason for having anxiety.

a lot of people simply bring it on themselves.. too much electronics, too much drama in their lives, they hate their jobs, etc.

go to a yoga class and calm down. i hope you aren't consuming caffeine. these same young guys who complain about anxiety i see them walking out of the gas station with 3 red bulls

Look at St Johns Wort

Rather then a supplement - I would look into things like yoga, meditation etc
