Its unflavored, so it doesn't taste good on its own. But it blends easy and it's a cinch to flavor. The possiblities are unlimited. It's even easy to add to any blended mix for an added protein boost. I add to my TT 360 to make it last longer and TT 360 still tastes great. Good luck!!
