supplement: taraxatone for water retention

I liked about this product is that it's made of natural ingredients to reduce puffiness, swelling in the skin and water retention from eating a lot of salts. I was wondering if this is something that can rid of water retention from hormonal imbalances too like AAS and if you have to take it during the cycle of after, thank you.

Taraxatone is just an over the counter diuretic based on dandelion root. You honestly aren't going to notice much from it.

If you are experiencing water retention from eating too much salt, you either need to decrease your salt intake or increase your water intake. A high water intake will flush excess sodium out of your body and prevent water retention.

If you are retaining water from steroids, that is usually due to high estrogen levels. It's very important to use an AI like aromasin with every steroid cycle you do to keep estrogen in the low-normal range to prevent against estrogen related side effects like gyno and water retention.

you can't bring a knife to a gun fight. so if you are using steroids that aromatize into estrogen you need to get aromasin as your AI.

if you are experiencing water retention otherwise try drinking more water and eating stuff like watermelon, lemon, etc. that will help flush you out

With AAS the water retention is due to high estrogen levels, not water from salt. For that you need an AI to prevent aromatization.
