Hello everyone,

One quick question, I was wondering could u still take Ur supplements while on Ur cycle..for those that don't know I'm on my second week of primo and I just been taking my multi vitamin n milk thistle..wondering about pre n post and glutamine, BCAA's..or a fat burner...I just need more Damn energy n was too scared to take anything else while im on cycle...ok, so now I've been on the cycle for 2 weeks n the fear is wearing off n I just need to know can I do a lil more while on...thanks a lot for the responses:-)

Yeah your body will need these sups more than ever due to the extra pressure the gear will push it to the extremes. How's your cycle going?

The cycle is going ok, I really don't feel anything yet, maybe my temperature rises more in the gym but other than that nothing... I wonder if It's too little...oh I do feel a lil congestion in my throat, but no itching or sore throat...which this can be allergies too, so idk...I'll keep a watch on it..other than that, everything is quite peachy:-)

milk thistle (specifically silymarin) isn't required to protect your liver if the only thing you're taking is primo. You're liver is destroying the primo, not the other way around. Unless you just like taking milk thistle, discontinue.

If your goal is to add as much muscle as possible then sure BCAA's a few times a day is a good idea. As a stand alone BCAA, 5g of PWO lecine is great for increasing glucose uptake. Why would you even consider a "fatburner" during a steroid cycle?
 
The fat burner would be only for the caffeine part of it...so a good pre would be good enough..I was taking the milk thistle when I was on some other stuff earlier this year and I went off and I kinda thought maybe I should still do it...wow...this is exactly why I love this site...learn something new daily!

I agree with Rotten Willow. BCAA's all day long no matter if you are on anything or not. I also use Hica Max to get extra Leucine.
