I have pretty decent diet currenty. I am busy bulking. Only this is that I am currently not taking any supplements. I take vitamins and protein, but thats it. I was reading about g-plenish and creatine. What do you guys recommend. Thanks
I've noticed definite improvement. I am like 65-70% sure I noticed less muscle soreness using gplenish, but I am not totally sure if it was just mental.
