Are there any incompatibilities among supplements? I mean – we are taking so many of them, and yet we don't talk much about which of them are cool together, and which are not. So can you take them all together, or you need to take them in batches?
I usually take them in several portions during the day. It is not like they are interacting negatively between each other. It is just a bit heavy for the stomach to process so many supplements at once.
