I need some help in choosing the right combination of supplements. I did a post on the 'supplement discussion' board before I realized I meant to post my question here. I am 24 yrs old and am 5'6' I weigh about 145lbs. I know I am not completely over weight but I can stand to loose a few extra pounds. I do muay thai and have for a few years now. I am starting to lift weights (although I do not have a set routine yet). But I am trying to find the best combination of supplements to help me burn fat and build some muscle. I am a strict vegetarian and do not each junk food. I do take a protein supplement( EAS Simply whey). But I need a little extra help. I did order the phenyltropic and norabol. But, I am not quite sure if that was the best combination or if Norabol is right for me. Please give me any advise. thanks:wavey:

As a suggestion I would probably stay away from the Norabol or any Pro Hormoes until you give your body a few months to respond to a high intensity workout schedule combined with Cardio and a Diet consititing of Protein thwough out the day and Complex Carbs in the AM. Use a good Whey Protein too.

Even before you get into the prohormones I would go the fat burning route as well(ie; Xenadrene or hydroxycut or ECA) at least there the only side effects are some sleepless nights.....actually the Thyroslim AM/PM even eleviates that as well.

What Im trying to say is there are a lot more options than going right to a Pro hormone (even though the positioning of the molecules on Norabol supposedly reduce the side effects) .

Patience is a virtue.....it stinks but nothing worth it is easy.

I already have a very strict diet and cardio program. And I take at least 1gram of protien for every pound I weigh. I have been trying the hgh pro sport for women and it gives me a little added energy when I take my fat burner but, I really do not have great results. I would really appreciate any more advise you have to offer. Thanks

You may wish to see the thread on 4-ad for an interesting read on prohormones. Personally, I think you should stay away from them until you have lost the BF you mention.

You can do a lot better than the EAS whey supplements, of course you can do worse too! But there are many good whey products out there to choose from. You may wish to consider a Soy/Whey combination product for the help the phytos can offer.

What type of oil/fats are in your diet?

Lastly, are you really in the Carolinas? Shoot me an email, we will be visiting there in late June or July sometimes. Probably in the mountains and then over to the beach for a few days. Wondering what the gym situation is like there.

Must have supplements...
1. flax seed oil or something of the like
2. multi-vitamin
3. ECA ie: thermodrene, ultimate orange capsules, xenedrine, stacker, hydroxycuts, etc...
4. yohimbe (especially as a woman.. i love it)
5. maybe a CLA
6. and definitely PROTEIN!!! designer or isopure i like

and never eat carbs alone!!! Limit your simple carbs to early afternoon and up your fiber...

i am currently taking prolab's thyrolean stacked with ripped fuel (only a little ripped fuel cause i have to limit eca to low dosages personally) the combination is working well for me, if you're used to a fat burner then you should have no problem taking both normal strength. for me, after two days (yesterday being my day off from the gym so no cardio or weights) i am definitely noticing a difference. it really packs a punch. the thyrolean has caused a mild rash on my abs though so i am cutting the dosage in half for now. at the rate i'm going i don't think i'm going to need (or want) to be on this combo for long anyway.
