supp. for female bb to stay hard and low bf during off-season

i'm a female amature bb. i am 5'6 142lbs at 13%BF. i competed this year at 130lb at 7%
bf. i won both competitions i entered. i'd like to put on a little more mass w/out gaining
any more bf and stay hard and strong while doing it. right now the only supp. i'm taking
are thermalcuts for energy, hst creatine fusion, ginseng, and multivitamins. i'd like to
know what supp's are good for women to take that will help me to accomplish the above.
 
I assume when you say supplements, you mean nothing risky or illegal. Winstrol is not really a supplement. It's a drug.

First of, I'll just say that I don't think you'll gain a whole lot of mass while staying lean. Sure, you can add a little, but not like you could if you were eating and training for mass without regard for bodyfat.

However, here's what I'd recommend. First, only take the thermalcuts for energy before a workout, don't be taking them all the time like you would while dieting. ECA will hurt your appetite. The creatine is good, although I don't think you need fancy creatine. The cheapo regular creatine works just as well. Try adding some Glutamine as well, maybe 5-10 grams post-workout. I assume you're already drinking plenty of protein shakes.


The one supplement that I would recommend is 19-nor-4-diol in a transdermal solution. You could buy it (Nor-AndroSpray), or just make your own. The ingredients are 19-nor-4-diol, Ethanol or Isopropyl Alcohol, and Isopropyl Myristate. Cheaper to make it yourself, but probably easier to just buy it. Of course, you won't want to use the recommended dose. Try maybe 1/4-1/3 the recommended dose, twice daily.

The enzyme needed to convert this hormone into nandrolone is very prevalent in women, and very scarce in men. Hence, you've probably heard guys talk about how the 19-nor-4-diol sucks. And it might for them, but will most likely work much better for you.

thanx M$$ for the advice, actually i've been wondering about the norandro spray and if
it was o.k. for women. Also i've been wondering about glutamine so you've answered
both w/out my having to ask. i have done a cycle of win during pre-contest, has some
great results, just a few sides, a little acne, swollen c--t (not enough to complain about)
and a little irritation in my voice that eventually went away. I'm just trying to stay away
from this kind of stuff right now. Thinking of doing a cycle of ana in about a month to
help with the bulking stage. heard it was great for women. i'd be happier if i could
stay with regular old supp's, just not sure that's possible to get what i want. but i'll
probably take your advice and try it, definetly the glutamine. i've had good results in
the past with creatine.
