Mon chest - back
Tues legs (quads/hams)
Wed bis - tris
Thurs shoulder - abs
Fri-sun OFF
15-20 minute cardio each day
Tell me what ya think please!
I know it's a mon-thurs but like i said it's only 4 weeks.
