It made me kind of sad at the end of the show when her parent's were standing there about to leave and they were looking at her like she wasn't the same person she used to be. I have been looked at like that before, it doesn't feel good. You can tell they are trying to be supportive, but at the same time they want their old daughter back.
I pointed this show out to all my friends - you are just riveted and revolted at the same time. What a freak show. She looks like Roger Daltrey from the Who, sounds like a 40 year old guy, and surely is no more than 5% female at this point.
It was like watching a car crash.
The other "women" were just as nasty. There was one backstage that looked just like Henry Rollins in a wig.
I don't think she denied using steroids....what she said was something along the lines of "everyone thinks you can use steroids and look like this....people dont realize the hard work that goes into it".
I respect this women...she puts more into BB than 99% of all people, and she looks insane. Better than most guys who bust their ass and juice. I hope she eventually wins ms.olympia, she deserves it.
I saw the show...I looked at her and thought the same as many of you had, "how sad"....so she wins the Olympia perhaps....gets this really cool trophy and maybe some decent money. however, neither of these things will last, like the damage and consequences it took for her to do that...the price she paid to become something in between the sexes and area that is all gray with no definition.

I hear ya, you could just tell her parents only wanted what they see as a normal daughter. While I admire her tenacity, I got the impression she would not be able to tell when it was time to leave the game, and might go to far to "win".
What trips me out is when these Olympia contestants do their little speaches campaigning against steroids and how bad they are... that they're ruining bodybuilding, etc. So hypacritical, and so laughable.
