Super ANABOLIC Stack Question

Hello Body Builders,

I have decided to enter the world of body building to achieve "THE LOOK"
I am 30yrs old, I am a thyroid patient I am on Synthroid which is synthetic thyroid hormones T4 i think to be exact for the rest of my life.
I am 6'2 and just skin and bones, and I make minimum wage I am posing this question to you gurus what protein supplements and anabolics stacks is the fastest way to achieve the "LOOK" ?

there is no fast way to achieve the look, if you have heart and really want it then it is possible. but how can we know what you need to do unless you tell us your stats, height , weight, how long you have been lifting etc. and what look are you looking for big thick, or proportiioned toned. I mean you need to give some more info than that,

I can answer those questions, I used to lift weights when I was active in the martial arts at the time I simply use to use MetRx and Animal Pack by Universal. So I am newbie when it comes to lifting but I am NO professional either. I am 6'2, I weight 210lbs, I want to look big and thick. I have been lifting for 3 years on and off doing light lifting to keep my body tone but now I have decided to go for the LOOK. I hope this answers your question.

how much muscle do you wanna add. test at 250 - 500mg a week is a great first cycle. if you wanna bulk up. you need to eat a shit load of calories and workout. you need a preworkout shake and then an immediate post workout protien shake then one hour after that eat protien and a long lasting carb meal.

Calories ? I always thought calories was bad.
Preworkout shake = like Whey ?
Long lasting carb meal ? Can you elaborate more ?
How intense should the workout be, workout until i am tired or until I am sore, or lift until my arms give away? Sorry for the newbie questions but I need to be clear.

no offense but min wage 6.00 a hour? thats like take home 200$ a week after takes
800$ a month.then you have bills to pay
I think your biggest down fall will be the cost of food and eating like a bodybuilder.
your gonna have to buy everything and cook it on your own.steroids are not even a factor in this equation just yet.
get the diet and cooking the food down first. buy lots of milk,eggs,chicken,cottage cheese and see if you can afford to eat like a bodybuilder for atleast a few months getthe calories upto 3500 a day min..
even if you get the food bill down to 7 dollars a day cooking your own food that still 50$ a week of 200$ a month is still gonna be 1/4 quater of your take home monthly income..

no fast way to get the " look " its takes year of proper diet ,working out for atleast 5 years to get as big as you can natural.. then steroids to go beyond your genetic potential after you have peaked out.

I say give it 2 more years try to get a job that makes you more money.. eat better train harder.. then try steroids after you are peaked out and not gaining any more

Wow Chaz your very blunt I like that NO offense taken I do not live in the USA and I can afford about $500 a month, I am curious do bodybuilders drink the raw eggs for real? What kind of diet I should be on to achieve that 3,500 calories per day ?

well 500$ is alot better thats about 125$ a week to spend on food .. so you can eat about 20$ a day thats great...you prob can mae decent progress .. if the country you live in has food priced low enough.
guys in the usa usually cook the eggs in omlets or scamble them with oatmeal for breakfast..

a typical days diet for me is this and one you can follow with to get 3500 calories a day min

breakfast 6 egg whites, oatmeal,glass of milk and juice
mid morning snack glass of milk ,peanutbutter and jelly sandwich
lunch 2 chicken breast ,salad
mid day snack tub of cottage cheese with fruit
dinner fish chicken or beef with veggie and milk
before bed snack cottage cheese with blue berries..
by the time you add it up should be around 3500 calories..
i eat bigger portions of the meats and cheese so My intake is around 4500 calories...
but thats just a typical days food intake...
eating 6 times a day is amust to build muscle...

most guys dont drink raw eggs anymore due to the fact they might get ill from salmonela ..some guys do drink egg beaters becuase they are pasturized and free of bacteria .. but even thats not really done alot over here ...


also go have the docotr check your thyroid i suspect your taking way to much t-4 if your skin and bones.. might need to lower the dose so you gain weight eazier

This misconception that you should use steroids "ONLY" after you maxed out your gains as a natural lifter frankly is ridiculous. Steroids are a quick fix for quick gains. A noob who takes steroids + eats well + lifts will make gains 5 times faster than a noob who lifts naturally, and they are both noobs ie : first time lifters.

So steroids are a shortcut for people who dont wanna waste years of lifting for gains to come.

Further more, many people ARE NOT MOTIVATED to lift weights or eat right UNTIL they take steroids then they will do it right all the time. That's because most people dont have faith in themselves and put faith in the Gear.
And this includes Steroid users as well. Many steroid users, are less intense in their workouts and less clean in their diets when they are Off Cycle, they slack off thinking that gains can only be obtained via steroids and not worth putting the effort doing it naturally.
