Summer cutting log with Beastdrol, and epistane clone.

Hey Folks !

Well im back and doing it again , this time with some stuff that I know is legit !

My plan , same diet , just adding some extra help.

Diet is going to still be Keto style with less then 30g net carbs. Im at about 1900 calories right now. Also I usually fast the first few hours of the day , maybe 3 hours or so depending on when I get hungry.

For the training , well , I did a lot of researching and I switched up my routine just a tad bit. It's still 2 on 1 off , looking something like this ... Monday - Chest , Tris , Tuesday Back n Bi's, Wednesday - Rest, Thursday - Shoulders , Abs . Friday - Legs .. Saturday - Rest ... Sunday - Repeat ( Chest , Tris)

Now what I switched up about my training is im using a sort of Max OT training style with most of my movements not going over 6 reps , sometimes 8 but prefferably 6 for the bigger muscles.

The dosage for the Beast is going to be like this

Week 1 - 20 mg
Weeks 2 through 5 - 30 mg ...... Also during the middle of week 3 ill be adding in 30 mg of Epistane mostly for its anti estrogen properties , and to give an extra kick .


From then I will see how my progress is and should be lean enough to start upping my calories by roughly 500-750 and start with the Epistane clone , not really going for a all about bulk during this period roughly a bridge to the superdrol but gaining some mass while staying lean.

The dosage for this would be

Week 6-10 45 mg maybe bump it down to 30 depending on how I feel.

Only other thing in the mix is Clen / and T3
Im on 50 mcg T3 atm and plan on staying at this amount , and Im starting the clen next Tuesday.


Stats right now , 5'9 180 pounds roughly 14% body fat. I will have before and after pics.


Day 1

With the beastdrol was today , I already took my 20 mg split dosages , and I worked out shoulders and abs today and had a great workout really liking this Max OT style ! Also I performed 45 mins empty stomach cardio , im going to be switching this out though for some HIT style training on the elliptical which will be about 2 mins at a slow pace and 1 minute at a fast pace for a total of about 25 minutes .


Im super pumped to get back to logging over here again !!!

I would like to ask how come you went with the Beast over the Diesel?
 
Well Zed , Diesel is said to be more for gaining weight since its more wet and supposedly works better then beast for a all about bulk weight gain wise so I figured if I ever do use that it would be for bulking .

While beast on the other hand is most ALWAYS used for bulking cycles also I think its alot more versatile since its a drier compound and produces more lean mass , most people use it for bulking because of the strength gains that come with it from what iv seen.

You will hardly see people using the beast / superdrol for cutting which in my opinion it should be used way more often compared to something mild people use for cutting like helladrol /, hdrol my reason for this being that it's stronger which in terms would help you retain your muscle / and strength , reminds me of halotestin . I used this once for 3 weeks before my vacation with this exact diet and I think it was either 25 mcg of t3 or 50 , and WOW I was shocked at the transformation it had given me in such short time , never seen such good results.

So now im incorporating it again and hoping for the same results.
 
Day 2 of the BEAST

50 mcg T3

20 mg Beast

Now im switching up my cardio from the traditional 45 minutes of fasted cardio , unless I get in the mood to do which I dont think I will be lol. Im doing 15 minute session of cardio but that 15 minutes is a really good pace at about 70-80% of heart rate and time flies by! Will also be switching to 25 minutes of HIIT cardio also since it seems a bit more interesting , also I do cardio on elliptical , I find its really easy on the joints and its smoother on the muscles.

Today was a leg day , I wasn't able to do much on the legs because my right leg is messed up in the area right above the knee , it was starting to heal up but then I pushed it to hard last leg day , im thinking its from high rep leg extensions so im not longer going to be doing leg extensions , today for legs I just did sitting leg press and calve raises on the leg press . Then after that I did another 15 minute cardio session and that was it.

Leg extensions kill knees. Dont do them ever!
Replace with front squats and or lunges. Bro you will be so much better off and get massively better results.

Yeah Zed its weird iv always responded SUPER well to leg extensions , I usually did them in the 6-8 rep range but recently I started doing them in the higher rep range , Im not sure if its the fact that im getting a bit older or the difference in rep range / the more cardio im doing that is messing with my right thigh muscles .

I do lunges and front squats every so often when I take a break from leg extensions , guess ill have to make more of them now with leg extensions being awkward recently.
 
Day 3 with the Beast

Cardio wasn't that great today I just walked for a mile and that was it , did this because my legs are still sore so I'm icing them a bunch today.

50 mcg T3

30 mg beast

Rest day today so not a whole lot to report about , so far no issues at all with the beast as far as lethargy / side effects go so this is a plus ! Hope everyone has a happy Friday!
 
Gotta love the beast just wait till next week when it starts to really kick in! Looking forward to seeing the results you get. hows that keto diet treating you?
 
Yeah bro just forget leg extensions. You will be much better off as you age.....
 
Day 4

45 mins cardio fasted

30 mg beastdrol

50 mcg t3

Johnny , the diet is pretty solid combining it with intermittent fasting and im never hungry , energy isnt much of a issue at all , so its working really well.

Today was chest and tris and I have to say this was by far the best workout iv had on months! Everything was there , strength , mental feeling , even pumps , cant wait to see how much strength I gain if any next week on chest and tris.

I also found the best thing ever for dieting , which is green tea with liquid stevia its pure deliciousness with no calories plus the benefits of green tea ! Been trying to keep calories really low less then 1900 if possible.
 
Day 5

30 mins cardio followed by 5 mins hard cardio postworkout

30 mg beastdrol

50 mcg t3

Today's workout went well but it was really hard to get energy and focused in , I was pumped to go to the gym all day but once I got there I didn't have alot of energy even during the lifts I wanted to just get out , oh well it was still a good workout nonetheless. Hopefully will see some good strength gains during the next back and bi workout .

Calories today are at about 1700
 
Day 6

Weekly weigh in after cardio was 175 pounds

45 mins cardio

30mg beastdrol

50 mcg T3

Im going to start taking the EC stack which will be 24 mg eca 3x daily along with 200 mg caffeine
No big plans for today since its a rest day , perhaps ill do some HIIT later on though .

Bro on your workout days try adding in some carbs just before you leave for the gym. Also would love to see what excersizes your doint at the gym.
 
Day 7

No empty stomach cardio today , was to busy , Ill end up doing some slow cardio tonight though .

50 mcg T3

30 mg beastdrol (split dosages )

75 mg ephedrine with 600 mg caffeine . ( split dosages )

Today was shoulder and abs , hard a really good workout , focus / strength / and energy were all there.

Workout ended up looking like this ....

Shoulders

Standing shoulder press on smith machine ... 4 sets of 4-6 reps
Dumbell Shoulder shrugs 3 sets of 6-8 reps
Sitting Dumbell shoulder press 3 sets of 3-8 reps

Abs

Sitting weighted crunches 3 sets of 6-8 reps

Hanging leg raises 6-10 reps really focusing on squeezing and using abs as much as possible without cheating and slow strict form.

Calories are at about anywhere from 1600-1800 .
 
2nd time on T3 , first time I got up to 100 mcg , was pretty worried of it being to catabolic at such a high dose so I only ran 100 for a few days and backed down to 75 for a few days and then 50 , and then 25 for a week or so and stopped , I feel 50 is honestly the magic spot . Now I think I MIGHT be able to get away at 75 mcg and still not lose any muscle , but why risk it ? Even if I was on a heavy dose of test and other anabolics id still let the diet and cardio do the work rather then T3.

Let me know how it goes for ya though if you decide to run it .

Day 8

30 mg beastdrol

1 hour of really slow cardio ( 2.0 mph)

Today was legs and WOW !! I have't worked out my legs intensly ever since a weird injury due to leg extensions, which I believe was the cause. So today was horrible im use to repping 400 lbs ish on squat , so I was about to warm up with 225 pounds and as soon as I went to squat it down it would not go up ! This was very sad , I had to use the smith machine to squat and only squatted 135 pounds ! Legs are definitely going to take time to rebuild!

So todays workout went like this

Smith Machine Barbell Squat 3 sets of 6 reps

Leg press 4 sets of 6 reps

Sitting Calf raises 3 sets of 6 reps ( calves were a little sore from running earlier in the week , so I didnt want to push them to much )

Followed by a slow 2 mph 5 minute walk at the end , really going to be focusing on working my legs back up so I can get back to repping over 400 pounds again. This was a reality check for not having worked out legs in such a long time , definitely a motivator though.

Thanks for the info bro! I am working on getting down to 10-12% BF before starting my next cycle. Its been alot of work getting it down that low. So I am looking for something to take during my next cycle to help keep my BF % low when I start taking in more Cals and Carbs. Just looking into options you know?

I feel ya on the squats bro I broke my femur in 2 11 months ago and it feels like its taking forever to get the lbs. back up. Frustrating :evil:

I got much better results from GHRP-6 then I did the T3. On the T3 I could not see any diff at all even at 150mcg. On the GHRP-6 its visably apparent at the end of the first week.

Day 9

45 mins cardio , probably going to do more later today but definitely slow cardio since I need my legs to rest from yesterdays leg day .

So im definitely leaning out its become quite apparent, some other notes , lately starting the ec stack its become really hard for me to go to sleep even taking sleeping pills , definitely gotta start taking the EC earlier and cant be using it past 5 pm . Todays a rest day so nothing special planned. Also started thinking today on the treadmill I wonder what would happen if I ate a calorie surplus on this keto diet , I wonder if I could gain a good amount of muscle, of course nothing as good as having carbs but I wonder if it would still be possible to put on a good amount of lean muscle , perhaps even more lean muscle then through having carbs . Going to do some research and see if I can find anyone who has tried eating a calorie surplus atkins style while building muscle.
 
OMG fellas I just got back from a party and I definitely went WAY off my diet holy crap I am so ashamed I hate HORRIBLE you wouldn't beleive it !

I also started thinking about it really hard and im now switching over to a paleo style diet I need to get my mile time and a half time up as well as my endurance I'm going to be starting this tomorrow so ill be eating around 2500 calories to 3000 maxish , today is a cheat day though that is for sure gahhh!
 
So last night was really interesting , I definitely had a cheat day , I feel somewhat refreshed but very confused , not sure how I should be eating now . Starting a new job which is going to be involving tons of lifting and being very active and theres just no way I could have the energy levels to do that and go to the gym while dieting , as well as increaseing my cardio vascular stamina for running the mile and a half in under 8 and a half mins .

Like I said im thinking about doing a paleo style diet where my only carbs are fruits and veggies and a sweet potatoe on workout days , I definitely need to start running more though and I think this would also help me build my leg strength back faster , I stopped the EC stack it was really messing with my heart and my head its weird I can handle clen/t3 but not Ephedrine with caffeine lol!

So I have a lot of thinking to do today , I guess this is going to be more of a recomp then a cut but im still continuing the mdrol and lifting of course!

Any advice fellas ?
 
Paleo Diet Ive heard about this diet before but forgot what it was called. Thanks bro you just reminded me. I am gonna look into it some more, seems closer to how I eat now than a Keto diet.

I dont like that EC stack either. Feels to much like being spun out. cant sit still for shit! The only good side was I always had clean clothes and my house was clean. lol

we all fuck up on our diet from time to time dont beat yourself up about it. Just get back on it and do some xtra cardio today!
 
Hehe Thanks Johnny yeah I pretty much made today another cheat day but have gone over my diet and reconstructed it to my needs, since im going to be doing hard cardio 2x a day 3 days on 1 day off followed by a 3 day training split I figure im just going to stick with oats as carbs and veggies .

I dont plan on eating anything more then 3000 calories , my main focus now is just to stay in decent shape but try to get my mile and a half time the best it can be , if anyone has any good running reccomendations or training for this please let me know , right now I just plan on doing 15 minute runs 2x a day as fast as I can.
 
So starting monday iv made a new diet plan which should meet my needs of keeping me filled with energy / having enough protein / and keeping my satiated , basically its 200 grams of protein , with nothing but green veggies and one sweet potatoe eating no more then 2100 calories MAX/ or one cup of oat meal and thats it , for my endurance problem , I plan on doing 30 minutes of cardio 4 days a week , then increase it to 5 days a week then increase it to 45 mins of cardio . This isn't a problem as im normally just walking on cardio and its the easiest cardio ever but now im going to increase the intensity and go to the local track and job for as long as I can .

The only problem is I dont want to lose too much strength in the weight room doing this so im hoping that the beastdrol will still keep me anti catabolic . I might have to throw in some bcaa supplements though , but not entirely sure about this .
 
Bro with your job and the cardio you wanna do, you are gonna have to eat carbs. I am guessing that you wanna do the cardio to help your endurance?
Or pick another distance to run.....
On the GHRP-6 I happen to be that guy that does not get an appetite increase from it...go figure. But like I said I know its working cuz I and everyone that knows me can def see the diff it makes.
 
Seb, how has the cycle been going?
I am interested to hear about your experience with Beast and Epi stacked. I plan on running a 4 week 20mg Beast/20mg Epi ED cycle soon on a 3500cal 40/40/20 diet.
